Solicitors and referrers

What we offer

We offer a needs assessment and on-going case management and rehabilitation service for adults with catastrophic or complex injuries including, brain and spinal injuries, acute and progressive neurological disabilities, orthopaedic injuries and respiratory conditions.

We are available to discuss our clinical experience, approach to case management and any other information required with either referrers or the client and are happy to meet with all parties if required prior to instruction.

Immediate Needs Assessment

Our needs assessment will provide you with a thorough overview of the impact of injuries and all resulting areas of need, outlining our recommendations for the client and the objectives required to achieve these including the estimated costs involved. From assessment to completion we aim to have our report with the referrer within two weeks.

Post-instruction framework

Should we be instructed to work with your client we will then review our needs assessment and recommendations with the client, supporting them to identify their priorities for their ongoing recovery.

We will provide the client and the referrer(s) with a measurable goal outline and estimated timescale for achievement. This will form the basis of our reports every three months or as often as is agreed by all parties to ensure all involved are kept informed of the client’s progress and any barriers to this.

We pride ourselves on providing timely and responsive communication to all parties and a comprehensive cover system for each other’s absences.

Human Resources and Payroll Support

Through our integrated HR and Payroll service we are able to support clients with the recruitment, induction and ongoing management and training of directly employed care staff.
